Se sintió muy bien, el conductor fue educado y puntual. El niño tuvo dolor de estómago en el camino y el conductor inmediatamente encontró un restaurante cercano y estuvo muy feliz de ayudarnos. Esto es digno de elogio y toda la familia nos dio la máxima puntuación.

Aunque el número de personas era pequeño, el guía turístico y el conductor hicieron todo lo posible para explicarme. También tuve la suerte de ver el Monte Fuji. Fue realmente rentable ir a Hakone y al Monte Fuji el mismo día. Aunque el almuerzo es sencillo, todavía está lleno.

The car model will be arranged according to the number of applicants. If the group is less than 13 people, a driver and tour guide will be assigned. No additional tour guide will be arranged. The driver and tour guide will give a brief introduction and will not get off the car to accompany the tour. Please be aware of this!
Each person can carry up to one piece of luggage for free. Please note it in the "Special Needs" when placing an order! If there is no note or the excess part, you need to pay 2,000 yen/piece! If you are not informed in advance and carry it temporarily, it will cause congestion in the car and affect driving safety. The tour guide has the right to refuse guests to get on the car! And the fee is non-refundable!
The operator will send an email of travel information from 17:00 to 20:00 the day before the trip, including: pick-up time, tour guide, license plate, etc. Please check your emails, they may be in the spam folder; if you receive multiple emails, please check the latest one! It is recommended that you can add the tour guide according to the account in the email!
