There’s so much history and natural beauty to see in South Saipan that you shouldn’t miss an opportunity to visit its best spots! After leaving your hotel via the free shuttle, you’ll head to Mount Tapochau, the highest point in the entire island, right at its heart. The panoramas from here give you a 360-degree view of the entire island in all its glory. Following this, head to an Aboriginal Farm, where you’ll discover locals hard at work cultivating fresh tropical fruits. You could even try some if you like. Then you’ll see the Santa Lourdes Shrine, a breathtaking grotto ensconced in natural rock, roots and vines, making it an otherworldly visit. The next stop, Forbidden Island, may seem imposing, but it’s actually a gorgeous view. With its rocky plateau, white capped waves and beautiful strip of shoreline, it looks almost cinematic. After lunch, you’ll visit Tank Beach, named after a partially submerged Sherman Tank just off shore in the shallows; a remnant of the World War gone by. This is followed by a visit to the Purple Church before Ladder Beach, named after the installed ladder staircase that takes you to an idyllic private paradise. Your tour rounds off at the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Cathedral, one of the largest in the island, and considered a historic site. You’ll return back to your hotel with memories of the beautiful holy landmarks of Saipan along with its gorgeous beaches.

Reservamos los tours del norte y del sur de Saipan desde Klook. El conductor fue puntual pero esperábamos más un guía que un conductor. Hablaba chino mandarín y estábamos bien. Nos llevó a todos los lugares indicados en el itinerario.
El día antes de que comenzara el viaje, me enteré de que la hora de salida había sido cambiada. La hora de salida originalmente prevista de 1:30 pm se cambió repentinamente a las 8:50 am. No se dio ninguna razón. Afortunadamente, no teníamos viaje. en la mañana para poder cooperar. No estoy de acuerdo con este punto, también porque tuvimos que subir a la montaña para verlo. El camino en el sur está lleno de baches, pero la chica que conducía el auto era muy hábil y no se sentía incómoda. Fue muy paciente y ayudó a tomar fotos. La persona fue muy divertida y recomendó recorridos que se pueden realizar.
Recorrido de 6 personas, y nos recogieron alrededor de las 2:10 p.m. El recorrido terminó alrededor de las 5 p.m. y nos dejaron en la ciudad porque queríamos caminar. Fuimos a todas las atracciones que figuran en el itinerario y tomamos muchas fotos, ¡un viaje bastante satisfactorio!

Insider Tips:
- Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes
- Please remember to apply insect repellent before depature to avoid pests in jungle
- Please do not walk barefoot on the beach to avoid being cut by shells or other sharp objects
- There are strong UV rays on Saipan. Please prepare sun protection products such as sunglasses and sunscreen to avoid sunburns
- Bring some snacks and drinking water with you for refreshments during the Southern Saipan Island & Jungle Tour as this will take a half day's duration
