  • Conditions in Tibet are limited (water and power outages are common), so bring your own washing supplies, flashlights, wet wipes, etc. Friends with mysophobia, please bring your own sleeping bags.
  • This activity route involves high-altitude areas in Tibet. Children under 5 years old are not suitable to participate; pregnant women and infants, as well as patients with heart, lung, brain and blood system diseases and elderly people over 70 years old should follow the doctor's advice before traveling and travel carefully.   • Plateau travel is dangerous and unpredictable. All participants are deemed to have full civil capacity, be in good health, and know the risks of plateau travel. Travelers do not have basic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, etc. Our agency will not bear any compensation caused by altitude sickness.
  • There is no shopping arrangement on this route, and the team leader or driver does not have any shopping recommendations. During the free activity period, if the team members do not have a purchase demand, do not bargain with the locals, and do not stop to watch too much. If the team members voluntarily shop, please identify the quality of the product by yourself. If you reach a transaction intention after bargaining, please buy it. If you regret not buying after bargaining, it is easy to cause trouble, and the contradictions and conflicts caused by this will be at your own risk.
  • If there are no team members who need special care, the seats will be taken one by one.
  • The hotels in the itinerary list will be arranged by our room dispatching staff according to the room status at each stage, and tourists/group tour operators cannot unilaterally specify the rooms. If the priority hotel is full, you will be arranged to stay in an alternative hotel; in special circumstances such as peak season, due to tight room supply, you will be arranged to stay in a hotel of the same level. The hotel arranges two people in a room, and the room type cannot be specified. If the team encounters a single man or a single woman without affecting the total number of rooms, our company will arrange guests of the same gender or share a room with the team leader, or arrange a triple room. If the guest insists on his own opinion, the guest must pay the single room difference fee directly to the hotel front desk (the specific fee is subject to the hotel front desk charge). The conditions in Tibet are limited, and the accommodation standard cannot be compared with that in the city. For environmental protection, it is recommended to bring your own toiletries.   • Without reducing the main attractions, the tour leader has the right to adjust the order of visiting attractions according to factors such as weather, flights, transportation, seasons, and peak season crowds.
  • If some attractions in the itinerary encounter unexpected accidents, rest, closure for maintenance and other objective reasons or emergencies, the tour leader will give an itinerary change plan to try to ensure the smooth progress of the itinerary. The change plan will be voted by the team members, and the minority will obey the majority. Adjust the tour time or refund the relevant ticket fees according to the actual situation. The excess expenses due to the change shall be borne by the tourists. There are many things you cannot understand or tolerate in bustling cities when traveling in the Tibetan area of Sichuan: hardware issues are water, electricity, and transportation. Sudden water and power outages often occur, and temporary traffic control often catches us off guard. Please be mentally prepared.
  • As the traffic conditions in the plateau area are not very ideal, natural disasters such as landslides, mudslides, and mudslides may occasionally occur, which may cause traffic jams and delay time. Therefore, it is recommended that friends from other provinces try to buy air tickets or train tickets for the next day;
  • Guests are not allowed to leave the group at will. If they are forced to leave the group, they must sign a letter of commitment to leave the group. If there is personal safety or property loss during the departure period, the responsible guests will be responsible for it;

  • This trip is driven on the plateau throughout the journey, the journey is long, the road conditions are complicated, and the vehicle is likely to break down. If the vehicle breaks down, please wait patiently or work together to solve it. The normal solution process is: if the vehicle cannot be repaired within 2 hours, in order not to affect the itinerary, we will call the local vehicle for the subsequent itinerary, and the cost will be paid by the company. Please cooperate with the team members. For the team members who refuse to change the vehicle, it will be deemed that the team members voluntarily give up the itinerary. We will refund the unpaid accommodation fees and tickets, and the contract will be terminated.
  • Please keep the valuables you carry with you at all times during the tour. Please lock the hotel's anti-theft lock and close the doors and windows when you rest at night.
  • Respect the original culture, local customs and their religious beliefs. Influenced by religion, the customs and habits in the northwest are different from ours. When visiting, please remember the local tour guide to publicize relevant travel precautions. The water and electricity supply in the plateau or Tibetan areas is insufficient, and the water temperature may be unstable. Please test the water temperature with your hand before taking a shower, and then prepare for a shower, so as to avoid burns caused by overheated water temperature or cold caused by overcooled water temperature. The water may also be cut off during the shower, so you should take a shower quickly. If you have long hair, it is recommended that you wash your hair and take a shower separately, so as to avoid the situation where you have not finished washing, the hot water has run out, or the water has been cut off.
  • The organizer of this event will arrange relevant insurance for each team member suitable for this event. If personal injury occurs during the event, the injured person shall be liable for compensation in accordance with the legal provisions and this statement, and the insurance company shall be liable for compensation in accordance with the insurance regulations. In the absence of subjective fault, our agency shall not bear any compensation liability. If the person who registers on behalf of others or the person who is registered on behalf of others suffers personal injury, our agency shall not bear any compensation liability.
  • The travel agency provides basic travel accident insurance, not purchasing it on behalf of the guests. If tourists think that the insurance coverage does not meet their needs, they can purchase high insurance coverage by themselves.
  • When taking photos in the plateau and Tibetan areas, please respect local management regulations and folk customs. Please do not take photos of checkpoints, bridges, military management areas, private residences, temples, religious ceremonies, and other places where there are taboos for taking photos.   • Most of the photos of Tibetans, Tibetan mastiffs, and yaks in or near Tibetan scenic spots are charged. It is recommended not to take photos of these materials, or to pay them quickly. When taking portraits in pastoral areas, temples, or other places, try to get the consent of others. If you are refused, please stop taking photos immediately.
