【Event Postponement Arrangement】

Affected by the bad weather last weekend (June 16), the organiser referred to the information from the Hong Kong Observatory and took into account that there were many children participating in the event. To ensure the safety of all participants, organiser decided to postpone the event.

Here are the details for the postponed event:

FamilyMAX by Wealth Management x “Live Young” present: Nailoong Family & Friends Get! Wet! Run! Date: July 7, 2024 (Sunday) Venue: Wan Chai Temporary Promenade - Water Sports and Recreation Precinct

Nailoong Running Carnival Venue: Wan Chai Temporary Promenade - HabourChill Opening hours: 10:00 - 19:00

The schedule and details of the event will remain unchanged. Remember to leave time to store your luggage, participate in the warm-up session, and visit the HarbourChill carnival event!

Age Restrictions:

• Participants in the 1KM Water Gun Adventure Race aged in 3-11 must be accompanied by an adult to participate and enter the race track.
• Participant must be 5 years old or older to participate in the 2KM race. Participant aged between 5-11 must be accompanied by an adult to participate and enter the race track.
• Participant must be 12 years old or older to participate in the 4KM race.
• Participants under 18 years old must obtain parental or guardian consent to register.

Important Notes:

• By using the ticket for "FamilyMAX by Wealth Management x "Live Young" present: Nailoong Family & Friends Get! Wet! Run!", that indicate you are fully agree to accept these terms and conditions.
• Participants in the 1KM Water Gun Adventure Race aged in 3-11 must be accompanied by an adult to participate and enter the race track.
• Participant must be 5 years old or older to participate in the 2KM race. Participant aged between 5-11 must be accompanied by an adult to participate and enter the race track.
• Participant must be 12 years old or older to participate in the 4KM race.
• Participants under 18 years old must obtain parental or guardian consent to register.
• The runner's pack will be distributed approximately one month before the event date. Details will be announced later in event website and event Facebook page. All additional purchase items are limited to the event, it is only available for participants to purchase. The organizer reserves the right to cancel orders that do not meet the qualifications.
• For safety reasons, organizers and venue staff have the right to refuse entry to participants who are unwell, have a fever, a cold, vomiting, or show symptoms of any infectious disease.
• Pregnancy or individuals with chronic illnesses such as heart disease and hypertension should not participate in this event.
• In the event of a resurgence of an epidemic or other force majeure factors that lead to the interruption or postponement of the event, the organizer will announce relevant contingency measures through Klook, event website and the event Facebook page. Please pay close attention to the announcement.
• If Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above, or Amber, Red, or Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted or severe weather conditions after 3 a.m. on the event day, the race will be canceled and a make-up race will be arranged. The date of make-up race will be announced later. No refund will be made if participant is unable to attend the make-up race.
• Participants can store their personal belongings in the luggage storage area provided by the organizer. Do not carry valuable items. The organizer will not be responsible for any damage or loss, and no compensation will be provided. Once participants use the storage area, it is assumed that they have accepted these terms.
• The organizer reserves all rights to modify and interpret the above rules. Any temporary changes or cancellations regarding the event will be announced on the event website and event Facebook page.
