- In case you damage or lost the motorbike, Klook, the operator and the customer will discuss to come up with the best agreement

La moto era de buena calidad y la experiencia de conducción fue tranquila. Sin embargo, no me facilitaron ningún número para ponerme en contacto con ellos antes de llegar, por lo que no pude comunicarme con ellos por algunas de mis dudas sobre la ubicación, etc.
Parecía que no se compartía información, así que tardaron en responder, pero me prestaron las llaves sin pedir depósito ni licencia de conducir. La calidad de la bicicleta en sí es inferior a la de Da Nang, pero está bien para montarla durante unos días. No revisan nada cuando lo devuelves, y no dicen nada.
Fácil de reservar, fácil de recoger. Personal servicial que dedicó tiempo a explicar cómo operar la bicicleta. ¡También instalaron un soporte para teléfono que resultó indispensable! ¡gracias!

El personal fue amable y entregaron la bicicleta a la estación de tren en 15 a 20 minutos. La moto es vieja pero funciona bien.
Genial, pero no trajo el scooter al hotel ni se comunicó con nosotros, tuvimos que ir al lugar después de esperar un rato. la moto estaba bien
