酒店提供免費接駁車往福田口岸、會展中心站等，指定時間有車往返。個套餐包括自助早餐及晚餐，食物好豐富，有很多選擇及味道不錯。房間整潔，唯一不足的地方是酒店房間空調不足，我們訂了兩間房，一間空調好另一間好焗促，前台已經找員工上來看，員工離開後仍然沒有改善。好彩當日天氣比較涼，仍可接受便沒再理會

Esta es mi primera vez alojo en Four Points by Sheraton. El vestíbulo es amplio y cómodo. Como era el cumpleaños de mi marido, el gerente de servicio al huésped del hotel, el Sr. Johann Chan, preparó un pastel de cumpleaños para mí, lo cual fue muy considerado. El buffet de la noche fue particularmente rico, con opciones de bebida libre, y nos lo pasamos muy bien en el hotel. Gracias❤️❤️

同女朋友嘅慶祝生日北上活動，兩日一夜嘅早餐同晚餐自助餐確實係好抵，話曬都係老牌五星級酒店一千蚊左右，而且仲要好近口岸真係幾令人期待，呢間酒店一去到嘅時候已經覺得有歷史痕跡，上到房痕跡再次增加，不過都ok嘅，自助餐款式唔算太多，口味都唔係好啱，但係有無限嘅酒咖啡畀你選擇，回本食物有鵝肝同埋西冷，自助餐時間亦都好足夠，成個行程嘅滿意度其實都幾高嘅，不過有一樣美中不足嘅地方係我原本同你朋友慶祝生日，酒店話會送過蛋糕畀我哋我亦都約好咗時間，但係估唔到喺我哋未返上房冇型嘅情況底下擅自開咗度房門入去擺低個蛋糕，喺呢種咁突然性加令我哋無不知情嘅情況底下我都o曬嘴再即刻打電話落去問佢哋平時係咪都係咁，佢哋都係話會係咁我即刻无語！

Price Value is good, Its close to the HK border however the hotel is a bit old and maintanance is not up to par. Lots of mould marks on the bathtub walls, foul smells in the 3rd floor resturant toilets...etc. My room is facing HK and the view is nice and quiet. Shuttle bus is available in scheduled time getting out of hotel to train stations and Convention Center. Food is OK, but quality needs much improvement (e.g. very small crabs in Thai style cooking - there is no meat in it) -There is a free flow of wines, beers and soft drinks in the diner buffet. It is inline with what we paid for.

早餐和晚餐味道不錯，不過不失，只是早餐選擇不多、當天慶祝生日升級了房間和怖置了房間,還送了小蛋糕! 謝謝酒店的貼心安排,下次有機會還會去

Por menos de 1100 HKD, incluía desayuno y cena buffet para 2 adultos y 1 niño. La relación calidad-precio es excelente, las habitaciones están limpias y el hotel se ve justo al salir del puerto de Futian. Mi hija no quería caminar, así que tomamos un coche por unos minutos.

Limpieza: Esta es la segunda vez que me alojo en este hotel. La relación calidad-precio es alta y no hay otros hoteles que puedan igualarlo. Por este precio, ya puedes comer, alojarte y divertirte. Otros hoteles no pueden hacerlo. Si no te importa que el hotel sea un poco retro, puedes probarlo.

El hotel está a unos 10 minutos a pie de la salida E de la estación de metro Fubao. El hotel tiene 16 plantas, un restaurante en el tercer piso y una piscina y un gimnasio en el quinto piso. El interior es bastante espacioso. El hotel es un poco antiguo y la decoración es antigua, pero es cómodo y tiene una buena vista. Hay bebidas gratis en la habitación y el buffet de desayuno y cena es bueno. Las personas a las que les gusta beber estarán felices con la cerveza y el vino que fluyen libremente.
