La guía turística Cassy, con su carácter agradable y alegre, guió a nuestro grupo de seis personas por el recorrido. Cada atracción nos dio explicaciones detalladas en inglés y mandarín durante el trayecto y nos enseñó algo de japonés básico. Fue muy activa con cada uno de los miembros del grupo. ¡Qué guía tan excepcional! El conductor, el Sr. Liu, nos sonrió durante todo el trayecto y nos recordó las atracciones imprescindibles.
Miyamoto-san, nuestro guía turístico del día, es muy bueno y amable. Se esfuerza al máximo para que disfrutemos del tour; una joya escondida en el sector servicios. Nuestra conductora era una señora (pero lamentablemente olvidamos su nombre). Fue muy amable e incluso se ofreció a ayudarnos a tomar fotos por su cuenta. Nos dio muy buenos consejos sobre los productos de la zona, lo que sin duda nos ayudó a decidir qué comprar. Transmítales nuestras felicitaciones tanto a ella como a Miyamoto-san.
El itinerario es apretado, uno tras otro. El autobús turístico es pequeño, lo que tiene sus ventajas, ya que no tienes que esperar tanto tiempo a los demás miembros del grupo. El guía turístico era un japonés local, pero también fue muy considerado y utilizó Google Translate para brindar explicaciones en chino e inglés.
No está mal, hay algunas pequeñas atracciones, la atracción principal es el sakura musgo, estaba en plena floración, el clima era bueno, fue un día gratificante.
¡Había 22 personas en el coche! El guía turístico era japonés y hablaba un inglés básico. El viaje fue apresurado, y después de comer en la calle Toyako Onsen, prácticamente no tuve tiempo de ir al baño de pies, lo cual fue una lástima.

Shibazakura was great but a walk of about 400m is needed to reach the flowering area. More time allocated for visiting Shibazakura area would be nice!
訂購時注明有中文導遊，但事實是一個不能用中文溝通的日本導遊，違反了商品說明條例，出發集合時更沒有klook標誌集合，完全不知道這是klook的旅行團，因為找不到領隊點名，差點不能準時集合上車，而且因為溝通不足全程只是上車下車到景點而已，完全唔清楚全程景點細節
