Booking guidelines
- Before booking, please ensure your mobile device is compatible with the local network service provider. No refunds or cancellations can be made due to SIM compatibility issues
- If you encounter any service disruption such as unable to connect to internet, slow speed, APN settings or any other service disruption after inserting the card, please contact the operator’s customer service at: support@airhubapp.com
- Before booking, please ensure your mobile device is eSIM compatible and unlocked
- Refer to this list for eSIM compatible phones before purchasing
- Android devices are not applicable for this SIM
- You will receive the eSIM QR code from Airhub App directly after making a booking
- eSIM validity period (days) starts upon successful installation. Please install it on the day of travel or when you need it. You will need internet connection to install
- The eSIM is valid upon installation for your selected duration. If you Install your eSIM at 2200, it will end at 2200, based on your selected validity
SIM Activation Procedure

- Tap Add Cellular Plan/eSIM
- Scan QR code we provide and install the eSIM
Usage reminder
- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
Important Notes
- To successfully install eSIM, a stable Internet connection is required
- You may install eSIM before traveling (before your flight) or, at the destination when you need it
- eSIM can only be installed once. Do NOT DELETE/REMOVE your eSIM from your device after successful installation

Validity
- Use your voucher at the selected date and time
Delivery information
- eSIMs with phone numbers (voice + data plans) will be sent to customers via email one day before the validity period begins. For the data-only plans, the codes will be sent immediately via email after customers' purchase

- Please note: You will receive the activation QR code and instructions along with the operator's confirmation email
Cancellation policy
- Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made before a voucher is redeemed

La recepción en Estados Unidos y Canadá es inestable. Se recomienda intentar ajustar para encontrar la combinación más adecuada.
Aunque es conveniente, la conexión no es muy estable. Si estás en el interior, lo mejor es utilizar WiFi.
Al principio no se pudo utilizar, pero afortunadamente, después de contactar varias veces con el servicio de atención al cliente, rápidamente les dijeron que la empresa de telecomunicaciones necesitaba cambiarlo y estuvo disponible rápidamente.

No lo compren. Es una estafa. No funciona. He estado usando e-SIM desde 2023 y esta es la primera vez que una e-SIM no funciona. Mi hermano y yo compramos esto y el servicio es inútil. Atención al cliente absolutamente terrible. Nunca respondieron a tres correos electrónicos y mi compañía telefónica me cobró un extra. No se pueden realizar llamadas telefónicas excepto a través de whats app donde no necesito una eSIM
