Booking guidelines

- The connection speed depends on your reception coverage and the local tele company. No refund will be issued for any speed drop
Usage reminder
- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- For the unlimited package, please note that high-resolution watching and gaming will be disabled in case of higher usage
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming, continuous wifi sharing and/or processing a huge amount of data
- A local phone number and 100 mins local minutes are included in the 5 and 10 day data package 'call included'

Delivery information
- The eSIM will be sent via email within 2 hours
Activation procedure
- The customer will receive an email with activation instructions after placing the order. The email can take up to 2 hours to receive and customers shall also check their email spam folder if they have not received it yet
- Should there be any issue with the eSIM, customers can reach out via email at listen@xplori.world
- Please pay attention to the start date for the eSIM. While some packages can be activated at any time, some have to be activated on the exact day. Please send an email to listen@xplori.world if you need to change the start date
