Booking guidelines
- Before booking, please ensure your mobile device is compatible with the local network service provider. No refunds or cancellations can be made due to SIM compatibility issues
- The SIM card is valid for your selected duration after activation on a 24 hour basis. If you purchased a 3-day SIM card and activated it on 1 Oct at 21:00, it will be valid until 4 Oct 21:00
- Dial "*#06#" on your mobile phone. If the EID barcode appears, it means your mobile phone supports the eSIM function
- The connection speed depends on your reception coverage and the local tele company. No refund will be issued for any speed drop

- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice

Es la segunda vez que uso Airalo ESIM de Klook. La primera vez estuve en Tokio, Japón, y ahora estoy en Praga, República Checa. Es muy fácil de instalar, fácil de usar y el servicio es confiable. La señal es muy fuerte. El precio es muy razonable y se lo hemos comentado a nuestros compañeros de viaje.
La experiencia general es bastante buena. Hay señales desde Roma, Florencia, Pisa, Cinque Terre, Sienna, San Gimiano Winery, Venice Main Island, Rainbow Island y Glass Island. Sin embargo, la red será más lenta en lugares con mucha gente. en algunos casos es incluso muy lento, pero se puede transferir texto, solo se bloquearán las fotos y los videos, pero en general el valor de CP es bastante alto, ¡nada mal! A veces hay 5G, pero la velocidad no se nota.
