Good to know

  1. Free admission for children under 1 meter in height, Senior Citizen Card holders and eligible persions with disabilities.
  2. Event entrance requires QR CODE e-pass.
  3. All sales are final. All payments are non-refundable and e-pass purchased are non-exchangeable once the online purchase is completed. Lost or stolen e-pass will not be replaced or refunded.
  4. To avoid buying, using counterfeit or stolen e-pass, please purchase e-pass directly through Klook.com or through authorized e-pass outlets only to ensure e-pass authenticity. E-pass purchased through unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit, and, if so, are void.
  5. Prior purchase of e-pass, please carefully review the event and pass information. There will be no exchanges or refunds after a e-pass has been purchased.
  6. One e-pass per person.
  7. No prior notice will be given for any change on programs.
  8. The Organizer reserves the rights to refuse the admission to any visitors demmed inappropriate.

  10. Birds are not allowed to be brought into the venue.
  11. Smoking, eating is not allowed in the Expo.
  12. Special arrangment will be rendred if they Organizer cancels the Expo due to bad weather or sudden conditions.
  13. There are many pets in this Expo. Visitors should take care the safety of themselves and their pets. If your pets are unfortunately lost or attacked or hurt by others, please report to police. The Organizer and Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre will not take any liability.
