Admission Notice

All packages must be booked at least one day in advance; same-day bookings are not accepted. All packages can be upgraded to a one-year membership for an additional $10 (original price $20). Non-slip socks must be worn upon entry. Please bring your own or purchase them at the ball pit entrance ($15 per pair). The main target audience is children under 12 years old and under 150cm in height. To ensure children can play in a safe, happy, and healthy environment, each child must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above. If no adult accompanies the child, our company reserves the right to refuse entry to the child alone. We apologize for any inconvenience. Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety and behavior of their children and shall bear all responsibility and compensation. Our company staff will not be responsible for supervising or caring for children. Children must use the facilities carefully under the supervision and guidance of parents or guardians. If a child is injured due to lack of adult supervision or if anyone is injured due to improper use of our facilities, our company will not bear any responsibility. Parents and guardians can move freely within the booth area to supervise their children. All facilities in this venue are designed for children, and parents must understand and accept this risk. For the safety of all guests, our store reserves the right to refuse participation or entry to anyone who may pose a risk of spreading disease, threat, or violence to others, and reserves all rights to pursue legal action. For hygiene and safety, children and adults must wear socks at all times (if needed, they can be purchased at the entrance). We recommend participants wear long pants and tight clothing to prevent any friction during play. To ensure the safety of all participants in the venue, if anyone is found running, playing aggressively, bullying, engaging in other dangerous behaviors, or violating the rules of this venue, our company will first issue a warning. If the situation does not improve, our company reserves the right to take action (including asking participants to leave and offering no compensation). Eating and drinking are strictly prohibited. Please do not bring valuable, sharp, or dangerous items into the venue to avoid loss and harm to other participants. Our company will not be responsible for any loss of personal belongings due to loss or theft within the venue. If anyone is found feeling unwell, please notify the staff of this venue as soon as possible for assistance. Guests are not allowed to enter without the presence and indication of company staff. Unauthorized entrants and their guardians shall bear all injuries and compensation liabilities. To ensure sufficient time for registration, ticket holders are requested to arrive 15 minutes before admission for registration. Latecomers will not be granted extended time. Participants must follow the instructions of company staff and leave on time. Otherwise, our company will charge an overtime fee (less than one session will be calculated as one session). If vomiting or defecation occurs within the premises, our company will charge a cleaning fee of $2000. nobi nobi Dreamland reserves the final right to modify and interpret these rules.

Bad Weather Arrangements

1. If the Hong Kong Observatory issues a Yellow, Red, or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal / Strong Wind Signal No. 3 / Gale or Storm Signal No. 8 three hours before the store's opening hours and it remains in effect: the branch will operate as usual.
2. If a Typhoon Signal No. 9 or above is issued before the store's opening hours, the branch will be temporarily closed, and activities will be immediately terminated. However, purchased packages and tickets will not be refunded.
3. After all typhoon and black rainstorm warnings are lifted, the store will resume business within 2 hours.
