套餐性價比很高，酒店房間大，裝修新淨，但是前台人員像在發夢，套餐包了火鍋晚餐劵，沒有發給我們，包下午茶，也全沒有提及，希望酒店能改善。我們要再次回到前台追問，才給予餐劵和下午茶資訊（要2:30-5:30到吃早餐的地方吃，會有糖水和糕點供應）。火鍋晚餐劵要到酒店相連的商場內的餐廳享用，牛很好吃，多叫了一點。下午去了附近的龍崗兒童公園，免費設施的話，攀爬的設施比較多，call車大約是$25-$35港幣。另外，看到酒店相連的商場快將有playhouse開業，所以來這裡親子遊也不錯。
從萬達廣場搭的士去酒店只需要15人民幣10分鐘左右就到，登記處6樓及餐廳大堂，房間十分寬敞樓底又高，但出入都要call的去龍崗公園玩亦很近35人民幣．．整體住宿十分滿意
El hotel es muy nuevo, no lejos de las atracciones de Longgang que queríamos visitar. Llegamos al hotel muy tarde ese día. Tal vez la habitación que reservamos ya estaba llena. El personal fue muy amable y mejoraron nuestra habitación a un nivel superior. El área era bastante grande. Sí, la mañana estuvo buena. A este precio, es un gran valor. También incluye una experiencia de montar a caballo. Volveré la próxima vez.
深圳龍崗坤宜美居酒店地點比較偏遠，交通有點不便，不近地鐵站，附近有個新生活廣場，但商舖不多，到大型商場如最近的龍崗萬達商場坐公交車M498也差不多半小時，酒店大堂寛濶，房間大，設施還好，早餐不錯。有個小插曲，我們晚上才登記入住，櫃檯服務員找不到我們在klook預訂的資料，折騰一會後，才能入住。撇除交通不便，酒店住宿連早餐，下午茶，價錢優惠CP值算高。
酒店房間很大，而且十分乾淨企理。晚餐包的牛肉火鍋套餐非常美味，第二天的自助早餐豐富。除了位置較不方便外真係性價比很高！

El hotel es limpio e higiénico y todo el personal es cortés. Está muy cerca de la cercana Wanda Plaza si llamas a un taxi. Hay mucha comida en la plaza y hay una barbacoa de autoservicio. Lo único es que tienes que llevarte a donde quiera que vayas.
Las instalaciones de la marca del grupo son nuevas, el ambiente es cómodo, las habitaciones están limpias, el servicio es atento y el desayuno tiene una variedad de opciones. Atracciones turísticas cercanas como: Wanda Plaza, la ciudad antigua de Gankeng, el parque infantil Longgang
¡muy bien! ¡Grandes y mayores lo pasamos genial! ¡Especialmente la experiencia de montar a caballo! ¡Es genial ir con niños! ¡El personal del hotel es muy educado!
El alojamiento es limpio y cómodo, el desayuno buffet es rico y satisfactorio, tanto los niños como los adultos están muy satisfechos con la comida, el alojamiento y el entretenimiento, cerca de Wanda Plaza y el Parque Infantil Longgang.
