Delivery information
- Once you place your order, you will receive 2 emails, an Order Confirmation email, followed by a 2nd email with your eSIM details. The 2nd email will be sent within 12 hours after the confirmation email. 2nd Email subject: “Your Klook order is here: Airalo eSIM is ready”
- The second email will contain information about your purchased eSIMs, so please read the instructions carefully.
- Follow the set up instructions and stay connected with your loved ones!
Activation procedure
- The validity period starts when the eSIM connects to any supported network/s
- Most eSIMs can only be installed once, so please do not deactivate and try to reactivate. In case of any issues or questions, contact customer service at partner.support.klook@airalo.com

¡La velocidad de la red es rápida y el precio es asequible! Los datos se pueden compartir, pude usarlos mientras el teléfono principal (el de mi esposo) también los usa. El único inconveniente es que los datos no son ilimitados, por eso es barato, ¡menos de Php300 por 7 días! Además, nos pareció que "no es fácil de usar", ya que es un poco complicado de configurar en comparación con una tarjeta SIM de viaje tradicional que podemos simplemente insertar y usar de inmediato. Aún preferimos el tipo tradicional de tarjeta SIM de viaje "plug & play" a esta, aunque no está nada mal.
Muy fácil de usar y activar. La señal ha sido muy buena en toda Europa. Es la segunda vez que compro este servicio y no me decepciona. Definitivamente lo recomendaría a cualquiera que busque comprar una esim para su viaje.
Esto es imprescindible. Muy útil, ya que viajamos por 4 países (6 ciudades) de Europa. No me preocupé por perder la señal de Internet. Lo mejor.

Es más fácil utilizar esta eSIM de lo que pensaba. Por las instrucciones, sentí que sería difícil de instalar. Y también porque lo instalé en mi iPhone antes de aterrizar en mi destino, me mostró que la eSIM aún no estaba activada. Pero funcionó muy bien una vez que se conectó a la red local después de mi llegada. y solo necesito encenderlo sin configurar nada.
