How can I meet my driver?
For airport pick-up, a staff in uniform will wait at the Arrival hall of your flight holding Klook sign with your name on it. After meet-up, he/she will guide you to the driver For hotel pick-up, the driver will wait at the hotel lobby holding Klook sign with your name on it
Where can I be picked up or dropped off?
PVG Airport: IF you choose Shanghai Downtown, the address is within S20-S206-S322-G1503 highway (PUTUO, XUHUI, YANGPU, PUDONG, CHANGLING, JINGAN, HONGKOU, JIADING)
Does the service allow amendent?
Yes only for amendent request by 1 day 20:00 earlier notice on date, pick-up or drop-off time, address, flight number and number of participants (subject to the booked car type)
What items are included in the fees, and what are the extra charges?

Can the driver speak English?
The driver can only speck Chinese and will try to communicate via a translator App. However, an online staff will be available to provide English service and can be contacted via Email or Wechat

- Eating and drinking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited
- Child seats are not provided on the transfer service
- This service is a one way transfer. Please make an additional booking if you require a round trip transfer
- Pay extra attention in choosing your pick up schedule especially for those going or coming from an overnight flight
- For hotel pick up, if your flight is at 2:00am on 5 May and you need to be picked up at your hotel at 11:00pm on 4 May, the date and time selected should be 11:00pm on 4 May
- For airport pick up, the date and time selected at checkout should be your flight arrival schedule, e.g. if your flight is at 11:00pm on 4 May and arrives in PVG/SHA at 2:00am on 5 May, the date and time you should choose should be 2:00am on 5 May

- The standard luggage size is 20in. No more than 1 luggage per person is recommended. We may suggest you change to another vehicle if you have an excessive amount of luggage

- Passengers are advised to depart from their hotel at least 3 hours before domestic flight departure or 4 hours before international flight departure

El día de llegada se envió un mensaje adicional por correo electrónico sobre el lugar de encuentro. Tiraron el número de teléfono del conductor. A la salida nos recibió un conductor con un cartel y nos llevó al hotel. No era necesario buscar un taxi por la noche.

Los detalles del conductor se proporcionaron por correo electrónico un día antes de la recogida programada en el aeropuerto internacional de Shanghai Pudong. El día de mi llegada, el conductor me llamó para confirmar que había llegado y el lugar donde podía esperarlo. Fue de gran ayuda con el equipaje y fue un viaje seguro y tranquilo. El conductor fue muy educado y amable durante todo el viaje. Se las arregló para llevarme al hotel antes de mi hora prevista de llegada. Muy recomendado.
Todo está bien. El conductor me esperó en la terminal de llegadas del aeropuerto con una tarjeta con mi nombre para que fuera rápido encontrarlo. Me ayudó con mis maletas y conduce muy bien.
Druver fue rápido y servicial. cargó mi equipaje y lo cargó dentro y fuera del auto. No hablaba chino y pudo llevarme a mi destino sin problemas.
Personal limpio, cómodo y muy servicial. Nuestro conductor fue muy amable e incluso caminó para enviarnos fuera de nuestro hotel, ya que está ubicado en una calle peatonal y ningún automóvil podía entrar. Muy recomendable. El auto era cómodo y es más grande que un sedán estándar.
Reservamos un traslado desde el aeropuerto para que nos recogieran en el hotel y nos dejaran en el aeropuerto PVG para nuestro vuelo temprano por la mañana. Los detalles del coche y del conductor se nos comunicaron una noche antes por correo electrónico. La recogida en el hotel fue muy puntual y el viaje transcurrió sin problemas; tardamos menos de 45 minutos en llegar al aeropuerto. ¡Muy recomendable!
Nuestro vuelo se retrasó y llegó nuestra familia c. Pasaron 60 minutos de la hora de recogida original, pero para nuestro deleite, los miembros del personal estaban esperando en la puerta de llegada con nuestros datos. Proceso fácil de detectar y conveniente a un precio decente. Definitivamente lo recomendaría y volvería a reservar. No tomé una foto del vehículo real, pero publiqué una foto del modelo que pedimos (MPV).
El autobús de klook book desde el aeropuerto hasta el hotel en la ciudad es muy bueno. Te avisaré de la hora y la etiqueta con el nombre por correo electrónico el día anterior. Estoy tranquilo. El coche está muy limpio, el conductor es muy educado y el coche es seguro y estable.
Muy recomendable para familias numerosas. El conductor envió un correo electrónico un día y todo salió bien. El conductor llegó a tiempo, el auto estaba limpio y cómodo.
