Great location right next door to the Grand Canyon entrance. Our wagon was brilliant, clean, tidy, surprisingly large, with a very comfy bed. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and we got a free upgrade on our wagon which was great. The only suggestion I would make to improve the experience, would be to have a refrigeration unit in the wagons as the location is very remote and the climate very hot.

Fantastic
The BEST Experience! This place is unique sleeping under the stars in a Tee-Pee or a covered Wagon is something you will never forget. Tony the owner is fabulous along with her staff. The units are clean the beds are very comfortable. I slept in a covered wagon with a full bathroom my kids slept in the Tee-Pee with a sink and toilet. They both had Great water pressure. They have a Saloon, very nice. It makes you feel like you went back in time to the old west. you can get a great breakfast, lunch and dinner burgers fries or sandwiches. My kids are all in their twenties and it’s all they can talk about. You will not be disappointed. Jack from CT

Less than a 10 minute drive from Grand Canyon West. Google and Expedia noted it was 17 miles. More like two miles. Staff was very friendly but seemed like they needed more staff. Was great stargazing and laid back, chill environment. Upgraded from a teepee to a covered wagon. You could feel the wind coming into the teepee. Would not have been comfortable and glad we did.

Just think about the reasons you would do "glamping" which are well be in the open wild but not needing to bring anything with you and have others help you with all.. Well in this place that seemed not to happen. While the rooms are very nice and well done, the services were not up to the cost of the room.. As an example we pay $366 per night at the Encore with the possibility of having anything we wanted at the moment we wanted. Here we paid $300 a night with no options. The restaurant was limited to burgers and chicken fingers, eggs in the morning... no horse back riding because they didnt had the person to do it aside of being an extra $200 per person. We did a RTV ride for $200 each that last one hour with some scenic views but nothing much, a helicopter ride was offered for $200+ and took 20 min in air 20 min of preparations... We did not had a bad time, but the cost was too high for the offering, and that was my problem.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The wagon we stayed in was clean and super fun! The restaurant was pricey, dinner was just ok, breakfast was much better. The property itself was really cool with a lot of things to do!

Staff were great, space and beds were fantastic! Its not a low cost stay however totally worth it for the experience and to see the animals. We had sandwiches which were great as well as the night time camp fire and s'more's.

Amazing, beautiful! Warm and snuggly (in the winter!) and classy and EPIC views and the staff and cleaning crew were SO FRIENDLY AND KIND. My child loved it. So did I!
