We very much enjoyed our stay here. It is newly renovated and conveniently located for the old town and Turia gardens and easy to catch the bus or tram to the beach and other sites. We had a generously sized room which was beautifully designed, and very clean and comfortable. The amenities in the room were excellent, the toiletries were of high quality, and we really appreciated the complimentary water every day. We had purposefully chosen the deluxe exterior view window, expecting a view of Turia gardens, but unfortunately the view was nothing as we expected. While technically it was facing that direction, from our 2nd floor room we could only see the busy main road, and the building immediately next to our room was undergoing heavy construction work. Therefore we didn't get to enjoy the open windows balcony experience we had hoped for as per the photos. I think it would have been helpful if this reality was made clear in the description. I guess only if you are on the top floor would you have a view of the gardens. There was some noise from the construction site during the day next door, but we were out most of the time and wasn't really affected by it. On our first night, there was a community street party immediately outside for summer solstice which went on till 3am, so we didn't sleep well at all. Otherwise noise wasn't an issue. The staff were always warm, friendly and helpful. We would be happy to visit again.

We loved the hotel and city so much that we decided to extend it. The staff made us feel at home from day one, the location was perfect for exploring Valencia, and every part of the experience exceeded our expectations. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

From the moment we arrived, this hotel felt more like a home than a hotel. The staff was super friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making every interaction feel personal. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of Valencia's historic center, restaurants, and many of the places to discover. We also enjoyed the restaurant, where both the food and the service was excellent. The server was amazing along with the rest of the staff. As frequent travelers, it's the people who often make the biggest difference, and the team here truly did. Their hospitality, combined with the comfort of the hotel, made this one of our favorite stays. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Valencia.
