language barrier was the only problem I encointered otherwise the place was the best ever! transport access: it has a direct bus to and from Hong Kong and the rest of the word. cleanliness: everything was clean

入住 Cony 雙床房，由酒店大堂開始已不停有打卡位，房間全粉紅裝飾，很開心，酒店服務唔錯，缺點是穿梭巴士較少及班次疏，或可行5分鐘往上葡京酒店乘搭穿梭巴士。

highly recommend for Line friends fan to stay in this hotel. However, there was a bit of a wait to check in if you chose to stay in the Brown theme ‘s room. The room was full of Brown’s decoration and you will love it, get your carema or phone ready to take a lot of photo inside the room and along the corridor.

Internet speed is abysmal, where some websites or applications appears to be blocked by either the ISP or the hotel firewall. If they're not being blocked, they are probably being loaded slower than a 56k dial-up connection on a laptop. To be fair, our stay is during the last weekend of the CNY so most probably, the speeds were throttled to accommodate everyone to at least be able to use whatsapp or we chat. Another thing to note is the rooms were given to us past 1600 instead of 1500 and you can't use the hotel facilities before and after you check-in or check-out. This is a big minus since the pool is only open from 0900 - 1800. Concierge services is the thing they did right despite the number of people crowding the lobby, waiting to take or deposit their luggage. I do hope they'd improve their services (internet speeds, letting their guests use the shower/pool before and after checkout) because despite these flaws, we still enjoyed our stay, and love the balcony and decorations of Line friends.
