The hotel was great. The location, staff and valet were amazing. The TV in the bedroom didn’t work and they fixed it promptly. Our only complaint is that we requested a one bedroom suite with pullout couch as we were traveling with our daughter and the room they gave us did not have a pullout couch. We will definitely be back.

A one bedroom apartment was spacious and clean. I liked a fully furnished kitchen, including a washer and dryer. On the other side little noisy and the only restaurant on the property was closed. 8 min walking to the Coconut Grove.

fire alarm testing and on during all the 3 day stay. I ask for a late checkout for all tje inconvenience this brought to us and all they gave us was 1 add hour. . Fire alarm defective and sounded several times at 3 am... then requeste to leace hotel... false alarm.. during the day before they were running alarm trst alll day. the day after alarm tests.... staff at the counter very rude.

For business

Didn't use the pool so I can't rate that, but all of the staff from valet and housekeeping to management were super helpful and efficient. Room was amazing and everything is so convenient, would definitely recommend.
