Stayed with family

After two years, returning to the Intercity Hotel was wonderful. The lobby feels modern and welcoming, the rooms are spotless, quiet, and comfortable. The air conditioning is very good, and the hot water and cold water in the shower work perfectly. The staff were warm and professional, especially Shamim, Ridoy, Muradand Habibur, who went out of their way to make things smooth. Breakfast was fresh with good variety, and the overall atmosphere made the stay feel easy and relaxing. I'd happily stay again.

Great location closed to a subway station and easy access from the highway/airport. Room is ample, bed was comfortable and cozy. Shower has good pressure and everything was very clean. I loved that they provide a “pillow menu” with 5 options for you to choose the one you like! Breakfast has great selection of food both Arabic and western. Fresh orange juice is a must, really good! We also had lunch and dinner here and menu is extensive and fairly priced.

Very good, staff couldn’t do enough for you, didn’t use restaurant, only issue was I like the gym and the gym here was very poor, needs uodateting

For business

The staff at this property are not service friendly. They cannot understand basic requests and instructions. We booked 2 non-smoking rooms, and they could only provide one. We could not get basic services like printing a document or request for a cup of tea without us having to explain it over and over again. They charged my credit card for the 2 rooms and 1 additional room. I am still waiting for the credit.
