This resort is everything you think of when you hear the word “resort”. A beautiful pool with active duty lifeguards, poolside food and drink service, games, an arcade, a great fitness center, a cute and useful market “tuk tuk”, friendly and helpful and attentive staff!!! And of course the unlimited express passes were the highlight. There are easy to catch shuttles for epic universe, universal studios, islands of adventure, and volcano bay! Shuttles, water taxis, and short walking paths!!!!!!! We will absolutely stay here again. The only downside of staying on the first floor is how LOUD all the people are coming and going down the hall and main lobby at all hours of the night, up to 1;30am. I wish Loews had a better noise policy after a certain time of the night, as the room walls are thing and you can hear the majority of of conversations happening outside the room. Other than that, it was an amazing and luxurious stay.
