die Sauberkeit im Zimmer (meins 111) lässt zu wünschen über (auch die Ecken gehören zum Raum) Wünschenswert wären mehr Steckdosen beim Bett und auch am Schreibtisch

Großes Zimmer mit kleiner Terrasse und großzügigem Bad. Sehr zentral gelegen um zB zu Heidelberg Materials oder Heidelberg Precious Metals zu gelangen. Gute Anbindung ÖPNV.Sehr freundliches Personal. Im Preis inbegriffener Spa-Bereich ist sehr ansprechend. WLAN im Zimmer etas schwach und instabil.(Bereich Villa Azure EG)

J’aurais voulu que soit indiqué le prix du petit déjeuner (24€/pers) que j’ai trouvé vraiment exorbitant par rapport à ce qui nous était proposé. Nous aurions également aimé un accueil en français car la France n’est pas loin (1h15 de chez vous !) et quand vous êtes à Strasbourg, tout le monde fait un effort pour vous accueillir en allemand… Votre hôtesse d’accueil dont le premier métier est de connaître les langues (au moins l’anglais et le français dans cette région !) était quasi -incompréhensible en anglais et ne parlait pas un mot de français. Foutaise ! Pour finir, la photo de la chambre n’avait rien à voir avec celle qui nous a été attribuée (décoration passée de mode voire ringarde)
