Check-In and Check-Out Times:

Check-In Time: 14:00 Hrs

Check-Out Time: 10:00 Hrs

Early check-in/late check-out is possible at a charge (subject to availability)

Age Requirement:

Guests must be over the age of 18 or accompanied by a staying guest who is above the age of 18 years. We regret to inform you that under-age guests will not be accepted. This policy does not affect families with children (minimum age-10 years).

Payment Information:

If your booking is not prepaid, a payment link will be sent via email approximately 2 days prior to your arrival. Failure to process the payment before check-in will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.

Parking Facilities:

Parking facilities are available at the hotel on a first-come, first-served basis, with limited space. The cost is £6 per night. While we strive to accommodate as many guests as possible, we recommend checking availability upon arrival. Please note that parking cannot be guaranteed in advance. You can even park your car while flying away on holidays.

Additional Charges:

Please note that breakfast and parking charges are not included in the booking for guests who did not reserve them at the time of reservation. We also welcome pets for a daily charge of £20 for smaller pets and £25 for larger dogs. Payment for these services can be made upon arrival if not already paid during check-in.

Key Policy

The guest is provided a unique key at the time of checking-in with room number written on it. The customer must return the key at the time of check-out. Any lost key will result in a £100 charge payable by the guest.

Smoking Policy:

We are a non-smoking hotel.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms and public areas. Smoking is only allowed at designated area.

A penalty of £150.00 will be charged for smoking in the hotel or tampering with the smoke detector.

Quiet Hours:

Please observe quiet hours between 23:00 - 07:00.

Minimize noise in rooms and public areas during this period to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
