⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Michael in Sentosa! The hotel has a beautiful and elegant atmosphere, and our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The location was also very convenient, especially for exploring Sentosa and visiting Universal Studios Singapore. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We really appreciated the overall service and the relaxing ambiance of the hotel. Highly recommended for families and travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Sentosa! Great hotel for kids and close to Universal Studios, the oceanarium, and the adventure park. Friendly staff and very clean rooms. Breakfast is served at Hotel Ora. It was just unfortunate that the swimming pool was closed for maintenance during our visit.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Resorts World Sentosa Hotel Michael. The location is unbeatable, with Universal Studios Singapore, Adventure Cove Waterpark, Harry Potter: Visions of Magic, and the Sentosa Express Monorail all within walking distance, making it easy to explore Sentosa and the city. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and we were impressed by the high-end amenities. It came with a Dyson hair dryer, a SMEG kettle, Acqua Panna bottled water, and many other top-tier touches. We also loved the water and ice refill stations. Housekeeping and turnover service were excellent—even though we only requested cleaning once, our drinks and snacks were replenished, and the staff were always polite and approachable. The only drawbacks for us were the warm, dim room lighting and the breakfast, as some dishes were a bit too salty. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

Hotel Michael is located in Sentosa, near Harry Potter Visions of Magic and Universal Studios, which makes it very a convenient place to stay especially these are the two places we wanted to visit. It is also situated near monorail stations which makes it even more convenient to go to other places inside of Sentosa. Staff are friendly. Room is clean.

We could check in at 11.00 a.m. It’s very good for our family for rest before travelling. Our room had the beautiful views because it located at the corner of the building. We could see the sea and cable cars. Our room was clean. The hotel is at the very good location. It is very easy to go to Universal Studios, Harry Potter: Visions of Magic, Adventure Cove Waterpark, Singapore Oceanarium, Imbian Lookout, Imbian Station and Resort World Sentosa Station of monorail. The hotel had ice machine. Our family were very happy.

I was so lucky that I was able to check in early as a room was readily available. The staff was very kind and checked with me to see whether I was okay with having a room that was far from the lift. Although I didn’t expect it to be the very last corner room, the view was unexpectedly beautiful, with plenty of sunlight. I even got to take a picture from the balcony 🥰
