Breakfast was great and came in generous portions for each serving. The staff were neat, friendly, and very approachable, always willing to assist with whatever we needed. The room and the overall environment were also warm and cozy. I stayed there with my friend for 3 days and 2 nights because of our official business in the area, and I can say that our main reason for choosing this hotel—to relax and regain our strength for the following days—was definitely fulfilled. We truly enjoyed our stay. It honestly felt like we had checked in for a vacation rather than simply being there for an official business trip. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing experience, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

breakfast: didn’t availed the breakfast we ate outside transport access: location wise and has parking cleanliness: oh no! the room was a bit odd maybe because it’s an old hotel. I got nightmares. The flies, cockroaches and mosquitos are everywhere hotel location: good location that is what I like about it service: they are strict but the staff is somehow nice . photos are not related

Honest review - better to book directly on Arzo's website. Booking on website provides unlimited pool access and free breakfast for two. These are not included on Klook so we spent more using this app.

peaceful place and very affordable

The hotel staff are friendly and polite. The place is relaxing and safe 24/7. Food is excellent too! The attraction is the cascade waterfall swimming pool.

I really like this place because it's near binondo and there's a lot of street foods here! many places to visit 😁

We really enjoyed our stay in Arzo Hotel. All the staff are friendly and the location is accessible.
