the room is really spacious. i love how they clean the room and change the towels everyday even without us requesting for it. thank u hotel supreme! sa uulitin!

Hotel Supreme was generally okay for the stay. The staff were kind, approachable, and willing to help whenever needed, which made the experience more comfortable. However, the hotel itself is quite old and shows signs of wear, especially in the rooms and facilities. With some updates and better maintenance, it could be much better. Overall, a decent stay but there’s clear room for improvement.

Overall hotel experience Hotel Supreme Phase 1 (old bldg) was Good. Lighting could be improved especially with the Toilets/Bathrooms; they may add or renovate to add lift as hotel goers may have heavy bags or luggages and they do not have enough capacity to assist always; reception personnel could improve communication as well providing more clear instructions or notes. Breakfast inclusion could have been informed clearly that is not buffet but platted.

The hotel has a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, which is perfect for families who want to rest and enjoy Baguio’s cool weather. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and check-in was smooth. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we were able to rest well during our stay. The hotel grounds are spacious, and we enjoyed walking around and spending time together as a family. The food was decent and filling, and overall the stay was stress-free. It’s a good place to stay if you’re looking for a peaceful and affordable hotel in Baguio. We would consider staying here again

the hotel is quite old and need some cleaning, though you can still have a good rest. Simple breakfast is included on our stay.

Affordable and convenient hotel location

The hotel has complete amenities and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, and overall the experience was pleasant. The only downside was that the heater wasn’t working, which would’ve been nice given the cold weather in Baguio. Still, a good place to stay overall.
