Really nice and accessible location. It's just across Parkmall and also a quick ride to SM City Cebu and the North Bus Terminal. Very budget-friendly hotel with nice staff. Our room was clean and spacious although the TV was broken.

I had a pleasant stay at BIG Hotel. The hotel offers a good balance between affordability and comfort, making it a great option for both short and long stays. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, and the modern industrial design gave the place a unique and stylish feel. One of the best things about the hotel is its location. It’s very accessible and close to malls, restaurants, and transportation, which made it very convenient to get around the city. The staff were also friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests or questions. The food at the restaurant was decent, and the overall ambiance of the hotel felt relaxing despite being in a busy area. While there were minor areas that could be improved, such as Wi-Fi stability and room soundproofing, my overall experience was positive. I would definitely consider staying at BIG Hotel again and would recommend it to travelers who are looking for a budget-friendly yet comfortable place to stay.
