The hotel is located near MRT stations and bus stops so it's convenient to get around. Staffs are accommodating and mostly friendly. The downside is just the AC in the room is centralized so everytime we want to adjust it, we have to call the front office and there are times when it didn't get adjusted either. Also for the bathroom amenities, they strangely didn't give us soap, but instead body lotion.

The location was convenient and the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, the cleanliness of the room needs improvement. A decent stay for the price, but there’s room to do better.
