Solo stay

I booked this property 10 months in advance because it had a gym But they started charging a fee in two months before my stay Web site I booked on still says gym included Staff and manager who took 3 days to answer my emails said had to pay Horrible customer service! Also very noisy as large construction project going on around building Rated as 4 star not to European standards!

Breakfast was good, as was the hotel in most respects. The location at the back of the town means it is a bit of a hike to the bus station or the old city. Then again, many hotel users had cars and there was plenty of parking

The hotel is in a central location (there are currently building works outside but this did not cause any noise disturbance). The breakfast was very good and the staff are really helpful and friendly.
