Fantastic
Good location in historic part of the city next to the Dutch Hospital. All of the staff were super helpful and polite. A TV in the room was a bonus.

A very spacious clean rooms. Friendly hard working staff. Lots of TV channels, good amenities. New year's day buffet was very good with local items. They should have breakfast buffets everyday. New Year's Eve dinner time the music was very loud, that should have outdoor show, not indoor, we skipped the bar as no one could make any kind of conversation there with ear piercing music!

The hotel is not what we expected of. Many of the normal items were not supplied and constantly have to call the reception to get them. Food quality is bad. Overall below average hotel.
