I would not stay here again. The villa smelled musty, and there was something living in the ceiling - possibly a large lizard. There were three buildings behind the locked gate of my "villa," each with a bedroom/bathroom combo, and one with living area and kitchen with an upstairs balcony that was open to the elements - bugs, mosquitos, critters. I reserved a one bedroom with private pool. The living area and kitchen were located in another building, as mentioned above, and I did not use it. Before bed one night, there was a large scuffle in the ceiling above my bed, so I clapped loudly and knocked on the ceiling in hopes that the critters would scurry off. Then another night a couple "house" lizards on the ceiling woke me up with the glass-tapping noise they make, so I scared them off, and then I (kinda of) slept with the lights on. The hotel provided a buggy ride to the restaurant at the beach, which was easy enough to request via WhatsApp. Breakfast was buffet style. I noticed a DJ at the restaurant in the evenings, but I never stayed late, and I could hear the party from my villa. Staff were friendly and helpful. But I was not satisfied with the quality/condition of the property.

We stayed in the 4 bedroom villa. It was spotless. Great facilities. It was perfect for a group of 7 adults. The food at the restaurant was lovely and a great variety. Staff, very friendly and helpful

The stay with Desa Swan Villas was amazing. Their team did everything that they could do to assist us and make our stay the most comfortable and a memorable experience for us. This includes in room service, spa services and cleanliness. The staff is really professional and helpful. We had booked a four bedroom villa with pool access and it was a superb experience as our family could spend great quality time together.

We only stayed one night here in the first week of May. The weather was very good, light shower at night sun during the day. We chose this because of the proximity to the safari park. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were very prompt to communicate through WhatsApp. When we arrived our room wasn’t ready so they held our luggage and took us by golf cart to the onsite restaurant on the beach. The menu was large with local and other Asian cuisine. Alcohol and food was priced very fair and with the USD exchange rate was a bargain. The atmosphere was lovely sitting Oceanside. We had the breakfast buffet the next morning which had plenty of options. Our room was near the front desk and they will offer you a ride to the restaurant but if you walk it is less than 5 minutes. They also gave us a ride to the safari park, but warning it’s by golf cart on the main roadway. This hotel is not walking distance to anything major but was a very pleasant stay for our first night in Bali. I would book this again.

Nice place. Good Food and Restaurants and nice staff. The black beach is beautiful.

great stay, but filter water didn’t work, bathrooms drains overflowed and we ran out of hot water…very easily

We were only staying for the night as a stopover as were passing through. Property was clean, staff were lovely, breakfast was excellant with a beautiful view over the waves. Would definitely come back and stay for longer
