I really loved the hotel's location—it was within walking distance of the church, SM, and other tourist attractions. Special mention to Kuya Guard Jayson for his warm welcome and beautiful smile, and to Ate Roselyn for preparing our breakfast as early as possible.
Overall, I am a 100% satisfied customer and will definitely come back. 😊

As a whole, the location was convenient and service was good. However, my room’s AC had a problem. It wouldn’t be cold always and water came out every night. I thought the water was obvious to be seen, but why they did not solve the problem before offering a new client client.

This is the perfect hotel for a fantastic getaway in Bacolod City. The downtown area on Main Street is a best-kept secret, and the Suites in Calle Nueva offers everything you need if you feel like you need to vent out.

The place is awesome. It's clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. Perfect place to stay because it's near sm bacolod and some dining spots. Easy to book a car going to tourist destinations. Very low rates per night with free breakfast.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Place is neat and they provide us with basic amenities suck wifi, towels, bath soap, shampoo, lotion, hair dryer. Place is also near SM and other commerials areas.
