Went there Jul 11 for my birthday, although I indicated that it is my birthday, there was no complimentary or something. Smooth transaction from check in to check out. Location is accessible, parking is in front of the hotel. You need to prepare for 1000 pesos security deposit, refundable upon checkout. There are corkage for cooked food, beverages except for cakes, snacks and biscuits. There was an inhouse restaurant expect that it is pricey. We did an advance order to be available at 7pm only to be waited for 12 more minutes. Okay naman yung food except for the calamares, di crunchy and walang lasa need mo ng sauce. Plates breakfast but unli naman yung coffee and juice. You can from their menu Room is spacious and clean,with complimentary coffee, suggest lang to add drying rack or sabitan ng towel man lang sa CR There were 3 pools available,and a game room for billiards that is 400 per hour Hindi nakaindicate kung pet friendly but some of the guests has dogs with them.

nice place to relax! just few hours from manila, and easy to find! I love the cozy ambiance very relaxing, and feels like you are really close sa nature. Their pools are well maintained, and there are lots of tables and chairs. staffs are nice, attentive and works fast. Foods are awesome! esp. calamri we enjoyed it so much!There are lots of stairs din, be ready nlng. The room is spacious but we can smell a hint of foul smell (esp. near cr and cr itself) I dunno if it’s from the toilet drain,not strong but it’s noticeable smell. service: 9/10 breakfast: 8/10 cleanliness: 8/10

Our stay at Altaroca was absolutely exceptional! from the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and hospitable. The room was comfortable and provided a truly relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. ❤️❤️❤️

Such a nice find at Klook. It was a last-minute booking because we were just looking for a nearby hotel at Hinulugang Taktak. So we didn't expect much, but it totally surprised us. The property itself was really beautiful with three pools to choose from. The food was also great. The in-house restaurant had a great selection. Overall, a great overnight stay, and we will definitely come back.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
