FantasticStayed with family
Great large room. Good in room amenities. Would have like a breakfast but knew in advance that was not part of the service. Parking on site. More than I wanted to pay but less than other hotels in the area

Fantastic Was very impressed with the staff & enjoyed my interactions with Tequila at the front desk. Very hospitable & when my ac unit seemed to not be working, she promptly put me into another room. Maintenance was quick to come and realized the ac was in fact working. Room was very comfortable & the bathroom was roomy & updated. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic The hotel was like a dream. A beautiful first floor with a bakery, little train museum, and a great energy. The first floor is used as a tourist attraction, so expect others around (was no bother at all). Then you walk into the two key card doors (to ensure guests only) and use your key a 3rd time (felt super safe). The room we received was huge! Vaulted ceilings, brick walls, large windows and modern but lovely decorations/furniture.
The walk from the hotel to Bourbon street wasn't bad, only a few minutes. You pass a lot along the way including a gas station and police station.
One of the nicest staff I've ever encountered. Lovely at all times of day!
10/10 Everyone should stay here!

Unfortunately our room never got serviced. Even after we complained and it was noted we still never had any housekeeping services. The property is clean, convenient, and cool being a museum on the first floor as it was the old train station, we were on the third floor and there was a party on the fourth floor that lasted until 11:30pm above us that ruined one evening. A fun convenient place, but not a 4 or 5 star facility. No pool or dining option.

They went out of their way to be helpful with every request.Spotless Rooms: My room was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and comfortable throughout my entire stay.Peaceful Atmosphere: The hotel was remarkably quiet, allowing for a perfectly restful night's sleep without any disturbing noise.I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I am in town!

Unique history with a small museum. It is a stop on the Hip On Hip Off route. It is easy walking distance to the French Quarters.

Lovely hotel and close to town. We had a room with no window which I wouldn’t recommend

The room was amazing, exactly like the pictures. It was spacious, especially the room and bathroom, and the staff were incredible and really welcoming.

I forgot that this hotel doesn't provide breakfast. My room also doesn't have any windows, which made it hard to wake up in the morning. But otherwise it's a great hotel. I love the style--the elevator, the wall & lamps in my room, etc.
