amazing experience. excellent customer service. kudos to all the staff who worked hard even on holidays. From the moment we entered our room, we were wowed by how spacious and comfortable everything was. The room was huge, with plenty of space for the whole family to spread out and relax. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring a large bathtub that made bath time extra relaxing. We also appreciated the very cold air conditioning, which kept the room perfectly cool throughout our stay—a definite plus, especially on hot days. The fully equipped kitchen was another highlight, complete with all the appliances and tools we needed to prepare meals, making our stay feel just like home (but better!). One of our favorite parts of the stay was enjoying the heated indoor pool and jacuzzi. It was such a treat to unwind and soak in the warm water, especially in the evenings. The pool area was clean, calm, and family-friendly—perfect for both adults and kids. Overall, Joy~Nostalg exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a relaxing, spacious, and fully-equipped place to stay with your loved ones, this hotel is a fantastic choice. We’ll definitely be coming back!

accesibilty to many resturant and conviniet shopping around ortigas area. room was way biger than what we expected a good place to relax and was clean and amazing definitely will come back again.

Surprisingly, even as a shared residence, this hotel is top notch. the staff were friendly and accommodating. The room offered was one of the spacious ones I got to visit. The room even has complete kitchen amenities and utensils. Another thing that I really appreciate is their indoor pool particularly since our visit was during rainy season. I just hope they have a kid’s corner. Will certainly go back. I also loved their office corner and the tv inside the bathroom.
