A security deposit of EUR 50.00 is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure. Air Conditioning unit is limited and is on a first come, first served basis. There is an additional charge of EUR 5 per day for the use of air conditioning. An additional EUR 10/ night will be required for use of the air conditioner.The fee should be arranged at the reception upon check-in. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Children 0-3 years old must use a baby cot/crib for an additional charge EUR 5 per baby per night. Due to the tax regulation, all guests are committed to the city tax surcharge which is not included in the property reservation cost and will be collected by the property upon check-in.
