Great resort for families, with lots of activities to enjoy—beach, pools, tennis, indoor playground, and more. Definitely plenty to keep the kids entertained. The downside is the room felt quite bare for the price, with only two pillows provided, not even a sofa or a chair to sit in. Food at the restaurant was also quite expensive for the serving size and quality. Overall, we enjoyed the facilities and activities, but the rooms and dining experience could be improved.

It was a great experience overall! The place was beautiful, especially the pool area. Check in was easy and smooth, and the reception staff were very accommodating & friendly. One comment regarding one of our rooms (Rm 420) the toilet had a noticeable urine smell. Unfortunately, because of our busy schedule and planned activities, I forgot to inform the front desk, so I wasn’t able to give them the opportunity to address it. As someone who always gets excited about hotel breakfasts in the Philippines, I have to say that the breakfast here was nothing spectacular compared with other hotels i’ve experienced. The garlic fried rice would have been better with regular rice rather than sticky rice. Due to the bad weather during our stay, the beach was off limits. Of course, this was beyond the hotel’s control, and we completely understand that safety comes first. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay, and the beautiful surroundings, pool area, and friendly staff made it a pleasant experience.

I absolutely love this place and will definitely come back! Though it was rainy season when we visited, we still enjoyed our stay because they have a lot of indoor activities. The room was clean, and the food was good at both Lagoa and Pico Restaurant. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Had a great stay at Pico Sands. Food is pricey but SO GOOOOOD. Service was also impressively fast—water refills and extra towels arrived in around 5 minutes after calling reception. No complaints, we enjoyed our stay!

perfect get away. Too bad the pools were damaged the day before so ppl were cramped in the smaller pool, otherwise, the experience was great!
