Guests are required to contact the property prior to check for pre- registration details of the guests staying and the booking of the hotels amenities included swimming pool, gym and breakfast slot. This is in line with the property's Safe Management Measure and also to expedite the check in process. The hotel's standard check in time is 3:00 PM and check out is 12 noon.

The breakfast on offer is semi buffet for dine in. In line with the regulatory requirements and safety measures, all overseas guests are required to provide their flight details when making the booking. The property reserves the right to prioritize other bookings during check-in upon failure to do so. Check-in time for local staycation guests will be staggered. Please contact the property at least 2 days prior to arrival, or upon booking for same-day bookings to secure an available check-in slot. Due to capacity control, advance booking is recommended for breakfast and the use of recreational facilities including the swimming pools and fitness center.
