Had a nice stay at J7 Hotel. The staff were friendly, and the hotel offers good value for money if you’re looking for a comfortable stay with a bit of a luxury feel without the 5-star price. The room was comfortable, and I appreciated the free toiletries. However, the air-conditioning took quite a while to cool the room, and the cable TV wasn’t working. There were also limited power sockets, especially around the table near the TV and coffee area. The food was a little expensive, and I was disappointed that I couldn’t find the advertised rooftop area. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend J7 Hotel, especially for budget-conscious travelers looking for comfort and good service.

Location was accessible, few steps away from SM City Iloilo. The staff were accomodating. Facilities were good, the only downside was the wifi was very slow during our stay, we could not use the internet and even the smart tv. Although the staff was very approachable and assisted us, but the wifi was still very slow. Overall it was a great stay, hope that they fix their wifi connection, as data connection could not be used either because there's no network service in the hotel room.

Great bang for buck hotel. There was a clicking sound outside my room (balcony?) that was kind of annoying and no one was in the reception when I needed to checkout early (6am) but other than that, great place to stay.

the hotel is beautiful especially the staff very kind, polite and accomodating. the place is so accesible in everything. near at SM iloilo, drugstore, 7/11. thank you so much J7 Hotel for the accomodation. the place is clean and relaxing and most of all very affordable.

We had a good 3 night stay, requested each day a replenishment of supplies, which they did without fail. Great bargain for our stay. Just need to remember that check out time is strictly 12noon. Highly recommended!
