The hotel was great. The beds were a little harder than we are used to, but the rooms were spacious and clean.

GreatStayed with partner
We didn't have an issue with the noise level. But we went to bed around midnight and use a noisemaker machine. Clean and filtered water/ice machine on every floor. Super convenient to walk around the downtown area and great nightlife and good restaurants. It's right next to a busy and lively combo bar/restaurant/nightclub that has a nice outdoor bar/eating area. Easy to visit child attending UofA, although it's a bit of a hike if you are walking. Uber or driving it's only about 10 min. Parking available for a fee. Nice amenities, good but small gym. Comfortable pool with a bar that is open but only for a few hours. Beds were comfy, no microwave, drink fridge. Overall a very good experience, this was our 2nd time staying at the hotel and would stay there again.

Below averageStayed with kids
There was a nightclub right in front of the hotel, but the hotel never informed us about it in advance. Because of the loud noise, I couldn’t even sleep properly for an hour on the first night. The check-in process also took an unreasonably long time.
In addition, we paid an extra $20 for breakfast, but there was almost nothing to eat. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I would never want to stay at this hotel again.

Fantastic New, modern hotel in a great location near the convention center. Everything felt fresh and clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Would stay here again.
