Was pleasantly surprised with this nice hotel. Never stayed off the strip before but we enjoyed it. Staff was helpful, accommodations were great!

I usually try not to stereotype places… two words come to mind.. trashy and ghetto… if that’s where you want to blow your money… head to the Palms… I could have found a better place to blow $2300..

Hotel is ok. Some staff were great and attentive, while others made it clear they wanted nothing to do with any request or question. One bartender tried to charge more for same drink I was served by another bartender about 30 minutes prior. Off main strip and when I visited other hotels on the strip, they seemed a bit more welcoming. I wouldn’t stay at this property again.

No microwave in the room so after eating at an expensive restaurant and able to take left overs could not reheat the food! And was over charged by paying through Expedia and then again by the hotel?
