The pool closed too early in my opinion but other than that the property, staff & amenities were great. The food was delicious at every restaurant on the property.

I absolutely love this property, I have stayed here before as well. It’s clean, it’s modern, above all the staff are very kind and welcoming. Shout out to the breakfast staff (Prayog) for the iced coffee and making our breakfast experience extra memorable! The gym is spacious. The housekeeping staff made sure everything is well kept and stocked up. And if you call front desk and request they are quick to fulfill your request. Thank you!

Clean room, courteous staff. However, drastic cut down on amenities (no dental kit, no bathrobe, no additional towels). This is unprecedented and surprising for Hyatt.

Most amazing breakfast buffet, large fitness/ gym area, fantastic spa and great pool/ hottub area. It felt like a mini resort and also close to airport!

I am writing to formally report and request immediate resolution regarding duplicate charges incurred during my stay at your hotel on February 14, 2026. According to my records, I was charged twice for the same transaction in the amount of $1,316.91 on two separate credit cards: Wells Fargo Credit Card: $1,316.91 Citibank Credit Card: $1,316.91 Booking/Reservation Number: 7313630294684 Confirmation # 150576RA01460 This appears to be a billing error. I respectfully request that you review this matter urgently and process a refund for one of the duplicate charges without delay. For your reference, I have attached copies of my credit card statements showing both transactions to support this claim. Please confirm receipt of this email and advise once the refund has been processed. I would appreciate your prompt action on this matter, as this involves a significant amount. I had an excellent stay at Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights. The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and convenience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with stunning views of the Dubai skyline and creek. The staff were exceptionally professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any request. The location is ideal, providing easy access to key attractions. Overall, a truly outstanding experience—I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.
