Fantastic
Great hotel for a family stay. We arrived in Oslo on a late train, but the hotel was right in the station and check in was super easy. Good night’s sleep, well equipped room and excellent breakfast buffet.

Great
Very close to train station and dining options. The style was simplistic with minimal room amenities. Some rooms were distant from the elevator and we were surprised there wasn't a second option on our end of the building. Breakfast service was excellent

Fantastic
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The room was clean and adequate. The only problem was that the airconditioning was automatic, couldn't be switched off and it was a little cold in the room. The duvet was warm and comfy though.

You can't beat the convenience of the location of this hotel. It is attached to the train station and everything else is a short walk from there.

Solo stay

This hotel has an amazing location right at the Central Railroad Station, the Opera House, Munch Museum and major shopping and restaurant district. I stayed there 3 nights and never got clean towels (but I never asked) so it would have been nice to get some. The breakfast is great but it gets very crowded.

Good

Stayed with partner

The staff are very helpful and the location is superb for travelling and for sightseeing. However, the compact double room was tiny with basic amenities. It was clean on arrival but after that they only clean every fourth night unless you ask. The room was in a warren of corridors with shabby carpeting. The breakfast was average - the hot items and the beverages were lukewarm at best.

Best check in and check out ever. Fantastic breakfast, and great staff. Don't even have to walk outside the train station to get to the hotel right downtown
