Not bad overall. The room is was clean and the staff was helpful. Breakfast was good too. Nothing to complain

Hotel contained facilities and amenities listed. Staff was courteous and accommodating to inquiries and requests. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. Would recommend this as an airport hotel.

well i like Holiday Inn because wherever i travel they are always affordable and services are good too. but the last time i went to dubai and checked- in the hotel holiday inn the washroom in the lobby was really dirty and the receptionist wasn’t helpful.

Good location good service Perfect for before and late arrival flights

The hotel is very close to the Dubai International Terminal 3, there are hotel-airport shuttle bus running in every 30 minutes, however its a bit difficult to look for the bus stop near the airport as there is no staff taking you to the hotel shuttle bus drop-off station. You may book the shuttle service in advance for clearer instructions from the hotel. It should be a 24 hours running service. You may see on google map that walking from airport to the hotel takes 30 minutes, it seems very close distance and you can almost see the hotel but you cannot walk across the traffic which sucks. If you happened to miss the shuttle bus or don't want to wait, you can also take a taxi from the terminal and it costs less than 35-40dhs. (just make sure you get the hotel name right as there are a few Holiday Inn in the city. around 5 minutes ride. or, you can take the metro from terminal 3 towards terminal 1 (1 stop only) and you can walk to the hotel within 15 minutes. (It is very hot though, i walked at 6am in the morning and it is nearly 38 degree celsius ). Hotel is neat, worth the value if you are having a long international transfer and would like to take a warm shower and rest on a tidy bed with a free breakfast (6:30am-10am). (to be fair the lounge at the airport either can only offer a shower without a bed and cost around the same price). Transportation (to Dubai City center): There are different shuttle buses running towards the city (not as frequently) but in general taxi/uber cost around 60-80ish dhs to the city center from hotel which is approachable. There is a gym at the rooftop also which is not too bad. Oh, and hotel room service serves till 1am. and the bar at hotel opens till 1/2am. My experience: If you arrived and checked in at around 9pm, you may still have plenty of time to head to the Dubai Mall for a decent meal and shop as most of the shops and restaurants closes at 12noon. I took a 20-25 minutes metro ride from the airport to the Dubai mall station once landed, dine and shop, and took an uber/taxi back to hotel to check in and rest, wake up had breakfast and took the shuttle bus back to Terminal 3 for my long haul flight. Have fun!
