Friendly, welcoming host upon arrival, ample parking, easy access to ground floor suite. Unfortunately the shower was rather dated and quite small, especially for people that are 6 foot and 6 foot plus. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

Excellent front staff had recommended dining options on the ocean front. Parking was easy right outside our door. The room was spotlessly clean with ample toiletries. I would recommend this motel.

It was cool in Dunedin when we were there, so what we needed was not air conditioning but heating. And the motel had very good heating.

Stayed with kids

Centrally located and super clean. Well stocked. Only downside was hearing the people upstairs walk around throughout the night which didn’t help the sleep at all. Would stay here again.
