Really nice good quality hotel, room spacious and welcoming good modern bathroom with quality towels. friendly and efficient staff. Good quality fresh breakfast, good coffee (excellent Irish coffee with proper cream, none of that out of a pressurised can stuff). Hotel is conveniently placed 5 minutes from St Stephens Green and around 10 or 15 minutes from the top of Grafton Street. Will be my first choice when staying in Dublin again.

Very nice place to stay right on the tram line. Rooms were clean and lovely staff was super helpful. I never had breakfast there and I didn’t use the bar either. But I would definitely recommend the hotel.

The hotel was beautiful and the room was very clean and nice. The television didn’t work properly as almost no stations were available for whatever reason. The restaurant staff, for dinner, was very brusque and bordered on rude when serving us. Our server was friendly until I asked for a glass of ice water. His face looked as though he was thinking, “I’m not getting a tip for water”. At breakfast, all was good except the eggs, which were of the powdered variety and really, really wet. Overall, those things aside, I’d stay there again I just would get meals elsewhere.

The Hotel is well.situater for a casual stroll into the town centre. For such a high class hotel, it's suprising the rooms dont have proper A/C. Even more so as nearly all the guests were from the US. Our room had a large Dyson fan that helped slightly, but I noticed when we left that others had portable A/C units with a window pipe. I would have asked for one if I'd known. Front of house staff were very good on arrival. Breakfast is a buffet which was adequate but have had better quality elsewhere in Dublin. Bar was good but really should be in a seperate area from the restaurant. We weren't able to go out on the terrace for drinks which was a shame.
