We arrived at PHX at 11:30pm, collected our luggage and called the hotel for the shuttle pick-up. But for 30 minutes nobody answered the phone. When a person eventually answered, they asked for our phone # and they said they would send us the required shuttle pick-up information. After 10 minutes when the information was not forwarded, we called the hotel back. This time the person gave us verbal information to collect the shuttle in 15 minutes. This worked and we able to get to the hotel. The rest of the stay went smoothly

THE SHOWER LEAKED WATER FROM BENEATH THE FLOOR AND THERE WAS A MILDEW ODOR IN THE BATHROOM,THE TV AND THE COFFEE POT DID NOT WORKED .

Good airport location, helpful staff and updated, clean room.

For the price it was very nice. The shuttle was key in making life easier.

The lady who checked us in never mentioned anything about breakfast or shuttle or anything.

Usually the staff here is great. we checked in late, after 11 PM, and it felt like we were interrupting fight. 🙄

Would love to have stayed longer at the lovely hotel, but we only stayed over passing through the airport.

The shower was old there was no hand soap. The beds were comfortable and the room not too bad. It was just the bathroom.

Rude front desk person when I arrived. When I was told that there was a parking fee I mentioned that I needed to check the booking details; she felt the need to sternly say I was wrong multiple times without any reason to do so. She seemed to think she was talking to a child. On the positive side, the lady looking after the dinning room, was extremely pleasant and treated me nicely; completely different interaction. Two completely different and out of the ordinate experiences. And finally, I parked under a tree on the last night and came out to find the front of the car completely covered in bird droppings. That spot should be blocked from access.

We arrived for a one night stay since we had a flight to catch at 6 in the morning. E arrived a bit after 7pm. We showered, ate and tried to get some sleep. By 10pm our room was still too warm to be comfortable. The AC was set to its lowest setting and not blowing cold. I went to the front desk and explained our issue and was told, it's just because it's been hot out and needs time to cool down. I explained to her I am a refrigeration technician and the compressor was not kicking on, and that we needed another room. We had to change rooms and move down 2 floors at almost 11pm. The second room we received was colder with the AC not running, however the cold water knob on the sink continuously leaked water when turned on all over the counter. The tub lining was damaged in multiple places showing rust and mold. Neither room had a working exhaust fan in the bathroom so showering turned it into a sauna within minutes. The walls in the bathrooms are wrapped in a vinyl coating that beads water off of them from all of the condensation and makes the floors dangerously slippery. Terrible experience. I've had better rooms at a Super 8.
