Great staff and welcome, can tell they do their best to clean and attend to the property but the furniture, mattress and room are old and need updating.

Great
Large room with genuine lake view, and super helpful staff. Reception was a fraction hard to find, and the bathroom is not amazing, but great place for the price. Would stay there again,

There are no complaints here we loved our stay and the room was better than expected. We stayed in a 3 room apartment and couldn’t ask for anything more

You couldn’t ask for a better view. I thought Te Anau would just be a necessary and brief stop on our way out to Milford Sound, but I ended up wishing we could stay another night. The room was comfortable and convenient, and the guest laundry was an added bonus. I would happily come back here.
