Fantastic
Clean handicap accessible room. Convenient handicap parking. Friendly staff. Missed breakfast but was able to get fruit when we checked out. (Apple & banana). Will definitely visit again.

Good
The good: Comfortable bed. Shampoo and conditioner provided in shower. The not so good: No water bottles provided in room. Not many towels in the room. Trash cans had liners draping over the cans, not actually put in the cans. Not much lighting in room. If you like it dark, you will love it. The awful: When you turned on the light in the bathroom, a very loud fan automatically came on. There was no way to have the bathroom light on without also having a very loud, very annoying fan on!!! I understand wanting a fan when you are showering or using the restroom, but the loud fan was very annoying and it was always on if the bathroom light was on. That meant brushing teeth, putting on makeup or washing face meant you had to listen to a very loud, very obnoxious fan!!! You couldn’t hear anyone else in the room while in the bathroom with the light/fan on. The constant loud noise from the fan was seriously anxiety causing! Also, the doors in the stairwell had something on them and the handles, like white paint or white spackle. This was also on the carpet in the stairwell. Also, the key cards don’t work very well. We had a hard time getting our door opened. As we were struggling with the key card, another person came by and said they had trouble too! Overall, if you are just looking for a bed to sleep in and a hot shower, this hotel will be ok, providing you can handle getting ready in a fairly dark room and putting up with a very loud, very obnoxious fan in the bathroom!

Solo stay

The front staff was either extremely friendly and helpful or useless . The manager was excellent . The cleaning staff was rude. The cook was overworked but maintained breakfast daily. The pool was underwhelming .
