I liked the location and the price is fair but the room carpet was disgustingly dirty. After taking a shower and walking barefoot to the bed I realized my feet were so dirty… same happened to my husband. The carpet needs a good cleaning!

Recently choose this Holiday Inn Express based on name quality recognition. My girlfriend and I were disappointed with two expected standard services. 1) One working ice maker in the entite hotel Our room was on the 3rd fl. .the only working ice maker was on the 1st. Fl. No staff service to assist. 2) Our room was advertised to include dailey room cleaning, which we did not receive! .....when we inquired was told we did not request room cleaning at check- in. Incredible .....thats a new excuse!

We had to wait upon check in because there were no rooms available despite us checking in at 4 pm. There was a smell that permeated upon walking into the main lobby. Lighting in lobby and in room is dark and gloomy, uninviting. Upon checking in, the front desk girl was no where to be found for about 10 minutes, she eventually came up to the front desk, greeted and then proceeded to say they didn't have a room ready. The hotel room we stayed in faced the freeway and all you hear are cars zooming by all day and night.

the hotel was great , friendly staff , Zailinn at the front desk was amazing and helpful ! The hotel is doing some construction so a bit of inconvenience but also understandable We would definitely stay here again!

The room was in need of many repairs! Also stains on carpets and furniture was very old. The bathroom tile was gross and chipped, and looked dirty. The breakfast they offered was exactly the same both days, and cold. The check in girl was nice, but all other staff was we interacted with had no smile and seemed bothered. I would Never STAY there again. And of course would NEVER recommend it to anyone. From 1 to 10…definitely a 3 at most!!!!
