Stayed with kids

The staff were very helpful, the property well maintained and the rooms recently remodeled, it was clean and looking like new, the elevators were fast and also very secure, they make sure only residents access the rooms. Parking was accessible and the staff ware very attentive.

Our hotel room was filthy. There were stains all over the ottoman that was rather large in the room. In addition to there was mold on every grout line in the shower, including mold buildup in the corners absolutely disgusting. No water bottles in your room you would call front desk and it would ring and ring and ring several times. No one would answer. We called to have our luggage brought down to the Bellman and no one answered it. We called another extension and they gave us the wrong extension to get a hold of someone else so we had to bring everything down our self which was quite a bit of bags as we had just landed from an international flight to the hotel would never stay here again. It would not advise to book this hotel, not worth the money they were charging.
